Lucid Dreaming: In order to accommodate lucid dreams it is recommended to set you’re alarm for the middle of the night, which helps increase the chance of entering a lucid dream. Also reading an article or two on lucid dreaming can help start your mind running and possibly help you notice you are in a lucid dream. Note: In lucid dreams, normally, screens, clocks, and computers DO NOT WORK RIGHT, they will look strange, try to use this as a trigger to realize you are in the dream. Finally listen to the beat, in a comfortable position, preferably laying down, in a dark room. Listening to the beat as you fall asleep will also help the effects.
Drug Replications: In order to maximize the effectiveness of drug replications you must first get into a meditative state. Use square breathing to create focus on your body. Breath in for 5 seconds, hold for 5, let out for 5, and hold again for 5. Repeat this for at least 5 minutes. This will help you relax, and prepare for the binaural beat. Second is to get into an extremely comfortable position as you listen. You should also close your eyes from any light to enhance the other senses, and your focus.
Chakra Meditation: Chakra meditation binaurals are maximized in the same way as Drug Replications Above. Attempt to relax and maintain focus on the binaural. These tones will help to cleanse the chakras.
Astral Projection: Astral Projection is a very advanced topic and is not easily attained. Using an astral projection binaural beat will become the most effective to get you to the vibrational state. Be sure to be extremely comfortable but do not fall asleep. Relax and focus on the sound and attempt to allow your body to go to sleep, and your mind to stay awake. Some people repeat “Mind Awake Body Asleep” to attempt to keep themselves awake while allowing the body to sleep. This can allow astral travel. I recommend you read up on the topic on the Astral Pulse Forums. This will give you the information you need to achieve astral projection.
Relaxation / Meditation: Meditation and Relaxation are beneficial on many levels for everyone. In order to maximize the effects of the binaurals for meditation you should begin square breathing as with drug replications. Also attempt to clear the mind of any problems or issues you had during the day. Focus on JUST the binaural. This should lead you to a trance state. It is a very peaceful way to end a day, or to fall asleep to.
Hypnosis / Brain Clearing: Hypnosis binaurals are maximized in the same way as Drug Replications Above. Attempt to relax and maintain focus on the binaural & visual aid. You do not need to stare at the visual aid for the entire time, but for the beginning it can help with the hypnosis. With hypnosis binaural beats, you should set off with a plan, such as, I want to feel better, or I want to get rid of anxiety, then enjoy the beat, and relax into that state! Brain Clearing binaurals will not have visual aids, thus, ignore those parts.
Sexual Binaurals: Sexual binaurals are maximized in a similar way to Drug Replications Above. Attempt to relax and maintain focus on the binaural. With sexual binaural beats, you should start listening for around 7 Minutes prior to sexual activity, then begin the activity, and if possible, continue listening throughout till orgasm. This should help the entire experience.
Marijuana Strain Binaurals: Strain binaurals are maximized in the same way as Drug Replications Above. Attempt to relax and maintain focus on the binaural. Maintaining a relaxed and still position will also help the effects. Smoking your favorite strain with these binaurals is a popular option.
Nootropics: Nootropic binaurals are a special kind of binaural beat. These binaurals are used during mental activity to help your cognitive ability. Attempt to focus on your work or studying while listening to the beat. You can further enhance the effects by listening to Alpha-GPC before your work and your favorite Nootropic during and after the work you plan to do. Keep in mind the more relaxed you are, the more likely these beats will effect you.
